Marina Maintenance
Keeping your Marina from falling into disrepair is a big deal, we help marina owners maintain their Marina’s to keep them operating in top notch shape and keep operating cost to a minimum. It is often a lot more cost effective to do preventive maintenance then to let the dock deteriorate to a point where it is no longer repairable.
Quarterly maintenance program
Master Docks offers a quarterly maintenance program, we have dedicated dock builders inspect the marina quarterly and perform minor repairs like bumpers, floatation and cleats during the inspection. If something major is found a repair plan will be proposed to the owner. Quarterly repairs are a great way to stay in budget and communicate to other stake holders.
