Nice one owner aluminum gable roof Dock with brazilian hardwood (IPE) decking. The frame material is all aluminum.
The wide side is 10′ and placed on the left.
All posts are wrapped with IPE, the dock skirt and fascia’s are also wrapped with IPE.
The dock contains a slip that is 24’x9’9″ with 5 step flip ladder. The dock is electrically wired.
40′ Ramp/gangway which has IPE wrapped handrail will be included with the dock.
Not included: Boat
Condition: Frames are in good condition. IPE decking is in good shape, dock might need to be oiled.
